Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all our patients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Providing sufficient notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care and helps us use clinical time efficiently.

We understand that unexpected illness or emergencies can occasionally arise, and we will always take exceptional circumstances into consideration.

Our Appointment Management and Cancellation Policy for short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) and failed to attend appointments is as follows:

• First short notice cancellation / failure to attend
No charge will be applied.

• Second consecutive short notice cancellation / failure to attend
A fee of £1 per minute will be charged based on the scheduled appointment duration.

• Third consecutive short notice cancellation / failure to attend
The full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.

Repeated missed appointments and late cancellations impact our ability to provide timely care to other patients and result in lost clinical time.
